A: Absolutely! We’re an independent streetwear label with fans worldwide. Orders shipped, stories made, fits delivered.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return something?
A: Yes, within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags.

Q: Who pays shipping?
A: Our mistake (wrong item/defect) → we cover it.
Changed your mind → you cover it.

Q: Can I exchange?
A: Not shipped yet → email us, we’ll try to swap.
Shipped → return & reorder.


🚚 Shipping & Tracking

Q: How long to arrive?
A:

·🌍 International: 8–16 biz days
(Starts after we ship, not at checkout 😉)

Q: Where’s my order?
A: Tracking number provided at shipping. No update for 5 biz days? Email info@eliteatcoolclub.com.

Q: Wrong address?
A: Not shipped yet → email us ASAP.
Shipped → can’t change.

Q: Can I change/cancel an order?
A: Not shipped → email us, we’ll try to stop it.
Shipped → can’t change, returns still possible.

Q: Pre-order or made-to-order?
A: Check product page. These take up to 4 weeks; we’ll update while it’s made.

Q: How can I pay?
A: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay — all secure.

Q: Local currency?
A: Yes, USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, etc. Bank handles conversion.

Q: Card declined?
A: Check expiration/info. Still stuck? Contact your bank.

Q: Charged twice?
A: Probably an authorization hold — clears in 48–72 hrs.

Q: How to pick size?
A: Use size chart. Unsure? Size up or email us — we know the fits.

Q: Sold-out items restock?
A: Some yes, some no. Limited drops are limited. Follow IG for updates.
