Ā Ā·Items should be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
š Are Sale Items Returnable?
Ā·Most discounted items are eligible for return as long as they follow our return guidelines:
Ā·Requested within 15 days of delivery
Ā·Unworn, unwashed, with tags intact
Ā·ā ļø Items marked as Final Sale, bundle deals, or clearance items with heavy discounts may not be returnable.

š How Do I Start a Return?

Ā·The item(s) you want to return
Ā·A brief reason (optional, helps us improve)
Weāll reply with return instructions. Once we receive and approve the item, refunds are processed within 3ā7 business days.
šø Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Ā·If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Ā·If you simply changed your mind, youāll need to cover the return shipping.
š Can I Exchange an Item?
Ā·If your order hasnāt shipped yet, email us at info@eliteatcoolclub.comĀ ā weāll try to update your item or size before it leaves.
Ā·If the order is already on its way, direct exchanges arenāt possible, but you can return it and place a new order for what you want.
š Havenāt Received Your Order Yet?
Before requesting a return, check your tracking page ā it may still be in transit.
