Ā·Most discounted items are eligible for return as long as they follow our return guidelines:

Ā·Unworn, unwashed, with tags intact

Ā·āš ļø Items marked as Final Sale, bundle deals, or clearance items with heavy discounts may not be returnable.

Ā·The item(s) you want to return

Ā·A brief reason (optional, helps us improve)

We’ll reply with return instructions. Once we receive and approve the item, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.


šŸ’ø Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Ā·If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Ā·If you simply changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the return shipping.


šŸ”„ Can I Exchange an Item?

Ā·If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at info@eliteatcoolclub.com — we’ll try to update your item or size before it leaves.

Ā·If the order is already on its way, direct exchanges aren’t possible, but you can return it and place a new order for what you want.

Before requesting a return, check your tracking page — it may still be in transit.
